
1 (14 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice*
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (we like NutriKey Paleo Chocolate)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping options:
berries, shredded coconut, almonds, chocolate chips, etc.
*Sweeten to taste. You can omit completely, or use stevia or monkfruit sweetener instead for a low-sugar option. The chocolate protein powder is sweetened, so take that into consideration.
